Coniston CE Primary School

February 2007 saw the successful installation of an activity unit for keystage two and upwards.

In August 2007 we completed the foundation stage play area, which included sand play, role play, chalk and painting activity play, decked area for garden access, mini beast area and storage shed the project was heralded a complete success from Stephen Jackson Head Teacher and Tim Farron - Liberal Democrat MP for the area who formally opened the play area on February 28th 2008.

In July 2008 we secured the third phase of the school grounds development plan, an upgrade of the existing multi sport court. This entailed installing a soak away system, laying a rubber Grip Flex court and replacing the existing fencing.
