Old Hutton C of E School

May 2010 saw the completion of a two-part development for keystage two and upwards.

Staff and pupils at Old Hutton C of E Primary School, Kendal, wanted some features which would enable them to utilise their play area even when the British weather was doing its best to keep them indoors.

the objectives

Foundation Stage: To make safe a raised patio area by turning the existing railings into a palisade fence and adding gates, and making this area weather-proof by installing a canopy.

Juniors: Create a raised stage/shelter for role play and install a bespoke palisade double gate.
