Sand Pits and Mini Beasts

As with water play, sand play and Mini beasts are also one of the most engaging features for children. Both offer investigation, exploration, integration, construction and a certain amount of mess! The incorporation of a sand or Mini Beast pit needs to be carefully considered with regard to positioning in relation to other activities and for their maintenance.

The sandpit design can be bespoke as illustrated, ensuring the design conforms to health and safety guidelines, or specifically designed sandpits, we would advise pending your requirements and situation. The Mini Beast pit could consist of Wood chips and rotting logs retained with Landscape Logs or retaining boards.
